Questions
Is this a government website?
No. It is your centre's own website. Every page says so, and it links only to the official government sites; it never logs in to or fills government portals for you.
Do I need to know about websites or hosting?
No. Sign up, name your centre and your site is online at once. You change everything from your phone.
Is my customers' data safe?
Only your staff can see it. Documents are encrypted, every view is logged, and Aadhaar numbers are never stored: only the last 4 digits.
Can customers pay online?
Payments are taken at your counter (cash or your own UPI QR on the receipt). The website shows the fees and takes the request.
What happens when the trial ends?
